A lad I know did that round here and got away with it. A city brownfield site got demolished then stood that way for about 2 years before they built a big Asda complex and multi story. He turned up everyday and charged people to park on the land and got away with it. He turned up one morning and official looking people were there so he walked past and never went back. Know one knows how much he made.

Been out doing me errands today. Couple of drop offs, a bit of food shopping, then popped into the local farm for a little catch up on a project I'm starting there. Back home now to play Lego pirates of the Caribbean with the little un'
