Have you tried magnesium mate? I used to suffer badly with my sleep and that sorted me right out. I’ve always exercised quite well so just added it in as one of my supplements and it worked a treat.

Depends also on what you're drinking in my experience. Would avoid spirits.

Yeah a two bed ground floor with a garden, within walking distance of both work and my lads school too. Got ****ing fed up in my poxy one bed on the second floor, especially during lockdown.
