Looks like staycation for me this year, just got email that Aer Lingus have cancelled my flights so that's that,a bit of luck might get to Malaga in September/October to visit my good buddy @monacoger .

Probably around 1 in 20 wearing a mask on the way into work today. Team are on a two or three day rota ahead of a full return expected in a few weeks so my first time on public transport since just after the lockdown. No way are the train companies going to be able to manage this next week when face coverings become mandatory, you'd have to have a couple of Police on each train and a gang of rail officers on every station turning people away if they don't have a mask of some sort.
Yeah, nobody will be managing anything. There’ll be a few BTP about, but on all previous form, they won’t be stopping anyone using the trains. The good news, however, is that every station has an action plan; aka an incomprehensible document with some confusing diagrams.
