When anyone posts on here I can read what they say and judge said posting on its merits. There are, however, some on here who have started to pass judgment on postings without bothering to consider whether they are genuine points or just wums. This to my mind is patronising to people like me who want to read what people have to say. I don't want the censorship brigade leaping in and filling a thread with abuse on the basis that a post may or may not be a wum. I would like to be able to make my own mind up and comment as I see things, but I can't when the playground name calling starts and you can't see the wood for the trees. So will the usual suspects give it a break for a while please? If a mag posts a wum, does it really matter? We can actually spot them without your help, but in the meantime you're killing the genuine debate on here. We're already in danger of losing decent posters like Bill and what's the point of having a local rival if you can't have banter with them? Sometimes you're the pigeon; sometimes you're the statue. That's football.
