Watched that video fully years ago, i maintain both parties are in the wrong. He hung around a tense situation a little too close, I read the article and he was told multiple times to please stand further back. This was a stand off between armed felons and cops, they rightfully accused him of disrupting the operation. They should have ignored him and dealt with him afterwards, and unfortunately due to both of their dumbasses his dog got deaded.
Wouldn't have been quite so bad if his dog did "get deaded", the cop **** his self and left the poor animal squirming on the floor in agony. If you shoot something 4 times you make sure it's dead. The guy did the right thing by putting the dog in the car but took no notice of the windows, understandable under the circumstances.
