    He should have went I agree, it's the whole manufactured outrage that people can tell is bullshit. Why not just let it go? It matters nothing while most of the population are breaking the Lockdown anyway. They tried to pull the stunt on An Taoiseach and no one cared because it's nonsense

    One thing with today's cancel culture is never apologise or they will double down .

    You show weakness and the media and Twitter ****s smell blood and keep coming like piranhas.
    You see celebrities tweet about trannies or some other woke nonsense and end up grovelling, losing their jobs and it never ends well.
    The B.B.C and MSM conducted a witch hunt and acted like they were Judge Judy and executioner.

    He won't get that at all. He thinks he's a caped crusader defending the will of the people because a few noisy people get excited if they sense a longed for, but never yet seen 'victory'. In reality, he just shows he hasn't really grasped peoples views or how the system works at all.

    You'd think the repeated **** ups over brexit, US and UK elections etc would have taught them something about their faith in the twiteratti, but nope...on they go, 'crusading'. :emoticon-0102-bigsm
