Yeah exactly, that explains why cases are found at a higher rate in football than in London as was queried
I didn’t think you could turn furlough on and off like that? I was under the impression that if you took someone back off furlough then that was that. I suppose their total claim is the same each month, but good luck with the HMRC audit.
maybe not fully explained. One shift will do three 50 hour weeks and the other be off, then they swap. Three weeks is the minimum time and nobody can come in while on furlough.
No, I got that mate. I just thought that once furloughed, then if you were called back, then the employer couldn’t re-furlough at a later date.
The three weeks for one shift will be all at once. minimum I understand three working weeks. So we have that, but plans to potentially use for a similar run in August. Must be legal, the company has 30 production sites in U.K. for various items so wouldn’t make a mistake like that. To be fair I have pushed to go on furlough. Would be same money for three weeks but lot less work.
that’s some smart move. Unfortunately I am classed as essential and have even had special procedures written as I also have to self isolate due to health and because of the customer projects I am working on. I guess if not having to stay in the furlough is good, the odd walk/dog walk and ride out on the bike. But being stuck in has helped by working. but when the lads in production will have had three weeks paid leave, it sucks ass
