Gentlemen of the finer points of music, if I pray be so bold as to re-post my earlier response to the original thread.

    Led Zeppelin
    Lynyrd Skynyrd
    Motorhead
    Stranglers
    Peter Green(old Fleetwood Mac)
    Chris Rea
    Savoy Brown
    Rory Gallagher
    Waterboys
    Cream

As an older member of the parish, may I say that in my humble opinion Rory Gallagher is possibly the finest guitarist I have ever had the pleasure of seeing live.

Whilst I freely admit drink has been taken at this holy hour on a Sunday evening I'm about to venture into the bedroom, put Rory Gallagher on to the music box and enjoy the sounds of a genius.

Radiohead are magical most of the time but barring Codex, I thought their last album, The King Of Limbs, was pretty dire stuff.

Very few people have taken to that album. I have and to say Codex is the only good song is, in my view, ridiculous. It's definately more for the electronic scene though which to a degree I'm alright with.
