No one cares about your critique. Until you post your own. That dinner looks good. My only minus points are something green. More cheese in the cauliflower and much much thicker gravy.
The Yorkshire's were from scratch. I got a leg and wing chucked in so not going to look good. Boiled carrots are rank.
