I don't mean you. I mean the older generation who can no longer bend over or raise a mallet and have it land on the target, you know like garlic You youngsters can get on with it yourselves. In fact you could have popped over to his to do the job for him ...... seeing as he paid you an' all ......
Not impressed unless you ran into a wall at 20mph. Seriously, that sounds dangerous - have you been back onto them?
once lost a front wheel going flat out down a hill with someone standing on the tip bars at the back - that was pretty spectacular but thankfully i was so pissed i just bounced a few times and laughed . Oh the joys of youth . Haven't tried complaining yet as need to try & establish if it was negligence or if there is a fault with the new forks or whatever they connect to in the frame. Opcare are by far the most incompetent company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with but you have no choice It once took them 5 visits and over 9 weeks just to fulfill an order to supply 2 24x1 inch Schwalbe right run tyres and even then the driver didn't know what he had come to my place for and once i told him he said "hold on i'll look what i've got in the van" and came back with 2 complete wheels complete with Schwalbe Marathon Plus tyres (much better) and i snatched them out of his nand . Still feel a bit guilty about the poor sod those wheels were actually ordered for .
If they're that incompetent and immune to any criticism surely you can complain to whoever awards them the contract in the first place? However, I assume it's the NHS so attempting a way through their impenetrable wall of bureaucracy can be a thankless task. Failing that there must be an ombudsman who would look into it. It's not as though it's a trivial matter, and such ineptitude and lack of organisation could have serious consequences.
