Focus should be more on those in power, agreed, but don't lose sight of anyone in Parliament. They all have huge power that can be abused
So who's worse? A few labour politicians, whose saucepans have committed some petty crimes, or a whole government, led by a feckless lying, lazy, racist Pm, that are responsible for 10s of thousands needlessly dying, because of their unbelievable incompetence?
Who reckons cuddly Boris gave his mistress special treatment when he was London mayor ? Surely being the loveable lad that he is, he would never do such a thing......would he ?
Yeah cuddly old Boris https://www.theguardian.com/politic...hnson-phone-call-darius-guppy-demands-apology
So now they’ve scrapped the surcharge. Definitely not just making it up as they go along though. One could argue it’s a small win for Starmzy.
Good interview on here with Chris Patten about our relations with China (starts at about 08.25)….. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/m000j9f9 A great shame that the Tory party is inhabited these days by political pygmies in comparison to Patten. @sb_73
It's pathetic isn't it? The fat, lying turd stood up in parliament just yesterday and said he'd considered the issue very carefully and that he believed that it was right to continue with the surcharge. As you say, one up for Starmzy.
Small win? Rather big I'd say. I can't think of (m)any(?) U-turns that Corbyn forced in 4/5 years of leading (nominally) the opposition.
