Guessing you're not bothering to complain if you've fixed it? Sounds like it would be more hassle than it's worth
Not yet it is still pending. Yet to agree a fee with them, it depends what punishment is required. It costs an arm and a leg to get someone's arms and legs broken these days!
you hardly ever actually get to talk to a person and they pointedly ignore any questions relating to service level agreements or complaint avenues . I will have to make a complaint if it was just because it hadn't been tightened up enough as that is just dangerous negligence though i need to check tomorrow morning how tight i got it as by the end of a walk my arms are killing me these days . Personally often think public bodies often use outsourcing like this just to muddy the waters .
I have seriously been doing my garden though, just doing it myself. Burnt my neck and shoulders out in it today Trying to do as much as possibly because I've got skip coming tomorrow. Got it for up to ten days but still got a lot of turf to dig up, some of it I can't get to until the skip arrives because it's underneath the stuff waiting to go in said skip.
yeah but you will get so much more satisfaction when it's done than if you just lob a load of dosh , like that lightweight Garlic , at some company with equipment etc . it's obviously total bollocks but it all you got to hang on to
I am crap at laying paving so it is best I do what I know I can do to earn dosh to pay people who know what they are good at. I like gardening and have build dry stone walls in the past and landscaped gardens, but just can't do paving. I am also a lazy batard, did I mention that!
