It always made me sick to the stomach. every time takeover was mooted and it didn't happen they jumped to oh it's all fake ? erm don't they think it's far more likely it just didn't go ahead for one of a number reasons?
Technically they where failed takeovers. So I think fakeover is correct. However the people saying that I’m they where fake from the start where saying fakeover. Either way. They didn’t go through.
I have found myself taking to man United fans over this takeover. One of the few sets that aren't bitter and have along with their former players spoken kindly about newcastle....

come on mate the blokes alright ... he's taken a load of abuse and tbf he's done a good job even if some of it involved luck. I think he would need to finish the season strong and see an upturn in the level of performances to stand any chance of getting the nod, but I honestly feel sorry for the man. Imagine being him right now and how that would feel if his heart andvaoul was just used as toilet paper and flushed down the drain in favour of another manager without being given a chance.

As far as playing ability I'd have been tempted by Lingard but the odd thing I've seen of him on social media makes me want to punch him repeatedly in the face, honestly don't think I'd ever tire of doing so.
