Someone on the Swans board deleted a thread that they didn't like So when people complained about what could be seen as high handed censorship guess what the thread was closed, sad or what?

i dont think John has been banned from the Swans board, i voted against banning him. John, ppl have expectations of other ppl, my expectation of you is listening to more drivel however i for one wish you would stp grandstanding, proph however seems a sensible poster unlike yourself.
John has not been banned, however I have told him that all his posts and threads are to be removed should he post there, the reason is quite simple, people are tired of his sick lies and disrupting threads with drivel. Phil wanted him banned from the swans forum completely, and that will be the next step should he continue to post there, it will mean he won't be able to even view the forum. It's up to him really, if he wants to continue acting like a little kid he will be treated like one.

Yes there was, I have asked him politely not to post there, all I got back in return was abuse and a threat to meet him, so just childish basically, other Cardiff posters come there and post without bile and sick lies, and are more than welcome to come there with banter or wums if you want I don't really care to be honest, but John's threads and posts are not welcome!
Jager, Once you start on that slippery slope where will it end up? Many on here think Aussie's posts are bile, should we delete all his posts? I don't agree with 99% of John's posts but would defend his right to post them.
up to the mods i spose rhondda, i have had my spats with Aussie but even he doesnt sprout the crap JH does (imo) having said that i dont read what he says on the cardiff board that often. i also agree with his right to post but also agree the mods have a right to remove if they find them insulting etc etc, we all love a banter but unfortunately JH goes over the top.
What slippery road ? Basically even in a democracy there is a limit to what you can write or say, he has gone beyond what normal people consider proper, he has been given warning after warning about his behaviour on the forum. Tell me Rhondda why do moderators exist on here or any other forum ? As for Aussies posts it's up to your moderator to decide that, I can't speak for him, but we have spoken about my actions concerning John. The swans forum is running much better without the disruptive posts of John, people can debate without bile, which means that his posts restricted free speech by not allowing topics to run their course through to the natural end of the thread.
You are not welcome on the swans forum John , your last posts have been deleted, anymore and I will ask for you to be banned from there, it's up to you basically, if you want to view the swans forum I suggest you stop posting there, if syd bans you you lose the ability to see the forum.
