Morning Elland. Regarding our young players, I think this generation want everything now. They need to look at the bigger picture. If they are good enough they'll be given a chance. Although it'll be hard to replace any of the currant side because they have done so well up to now. Starting on the bench is the best the youngsters can expect at the moment. Well that just my opinion.
Good morning, If we're not going to play football until zero staff and players test positive then we might never play football again since we don't know if we'll ever successfully make a vaccine so realistically it's more about managing risk. You could argue that because of the Premier League we've picked up six cases that otherwise wouldn't have been identified and now those players and staff can be isolated. We have some promising youngsters but I'm worried if we get promoted we'll never see them. I enjoyed the league one days when you could just throw a kid on away at Hartlepool. It's more difficult away at City or Liverpool!
Morning Shaks, the only reason O'Leary was successful was because of the youngsters, and the ONLY reason why he gave them a chance was due to horrendous injuries to the first team. At the age of 18 or 19 they need first team experience, if nor at ER, then in a lower division on loan

Lots of employees here not happy with wages anymore after they were getting 350 euros a week at home. They might have a rethink when it stops Altogether
I think the clue is "I think I've developed incredibly........." I think I deserve a 100% pay rise, unfortunately my boss doesn't always see it the same way

Very true. Some areas will be more difficult than others. Whereas I see football at some point I just can’t see 40k fans crammed together in a stadium without a vaccine. Golf for example was an easy fix but staging a Ryder cup wouldn’t be
Difficult subject but I was talking proportion. If under 1% of players tested positive seems reasonable to restart football then was under (and I don't want to sound callous) 1% deaths in the population worth locking down the entire country? I don't know quite the best way to explain it but what I'm (badly) trying to ask is either both are proportionate to the risk or neither?
Small sample size & possibly the fittest people in the country. Add their youth to that, & you have a ridiculously slanted result. Why not apply the same test to care homes. They'd be turning cartwheels if it was only a 10% death rate, far less 1%. More like the majority will die.
