Think they're all in the same situation, in that they all know there's an imminent takeover, that it's with the PL and the green light is expected any day now. Bernard will know someone at the club, bit like the lad Walton citing Dummett. The problem, of course, is that nobody at NUFC has any idea when the PL will pull their finger out either.

He is probably refreshing Twitter and news now every minute hoping for some credible news that’s it’s gone through. He’s put himself on the chopping board. If he’s right he’s going to be godly. If he’s wrong he’s in for a while of proverbial. For the record I’m of the opinion that he probably does have some credible info and hope he doesn’t get stick when the news doesn’t come out.

Mate, this **** has been going on for months and hasn't led to a single scrap of evidence. Besides which, what, exactly, is going to happen? The sheikh's are going to conga into NCL wearing Toon tops singing Blaydon Races? Amanda's going to wave a scarf as she exits the aircraft screaming "TOON TOON BLACK & WHITE ARMY"? There will be an emailed press release at some point when the PL gives it a green light. The Saudi Royal Fleet could arrive in NCL and there'd be nothing in it.
Honestly, I think we all need to pray not for a takeover, but for the league season to be either finished or suspended. McLaren needs to do the right thing and leave. Just been looking at who actually owns the club. I know it’s MA but. He owns mash holdings Ltd. Mash holdings Ltd owns St James holdings Ltd. Finally St James holdings Ltd owns Newcastle United football company Ltd along with all associates companies to nufc. So when the club is sold it will be lodged on St James holdings Ltd companies house records. This will be after we get to hear about it but it will be interesting monitoring this companies activity. Now PCP Capital have a legal charge with St James holdings Ltd. I attach the link below.
