Germany have all the measures in place to deal with it. We absolutely don't. This is all about posturing from our pathetic government, they don't want to be seen as weaker than Germany (regardless of what the numbers clearly indicate), plus there's a lot more money at stake here because our FA and Gov have allowed our football to be overrun by appalling models based on TV revenue and future income.
