What are you on about Watford. You don’t need to be right wing to support the government in times of crisis. In fact from the 3 people I have spoken to recently ( 2 being lLabour) they have been quite supportive of the government... bar going back to school policy. If you read some of the rubbish on the other thread you would think it’s the Black Death! Too much rubbish going around. It’s to do a job on the government. I keep saying yes they have made mistakes but not as bad as you seem to think. People are just turning off to this rubbish now.

So you don’t support the most right wing government for at least 30 years outside of times of crisis? They’re ****ing up repeatedly and it’s being gaslighted by them and wilfully endorsed by masses of people who can’t admit to themselves they’ve been lied to and let down. Of course people are critical of the government- they’ve been demonstrably awful.

Oh dear after all the knocking of our government Nichola Sturgeon has some explaining to do. Funnily people have been saying how well she has handled things. <doh>

Just sent this piece to my father-in-law - and his replies were far from complimentary about it's author. Someone with a severe axe to grind against the SNP, and I'm surprised you'd read his stuff Ellers as it appears he's a very close ally of Blair. Very biased piece apparently.

He must be a total ****, as my in-law said he'd rather vote Tory than see this guy get a seat!

What mistakes do you think they have made?

I don’t read his stuff. It was mentioned in a tweet by Andrew Neil. It’s funny if I post something that author has an axe to grind but when some post ant-Tory stuff it’s legit. Mmm

What mistakes do you think they have made?
More importantly Is that I am surprised (well I’m not) that you liked that ridiculous post that Watford put up. Do you actually read posts and take in what’s being said? not interested in wasting my time here. I need to catch up on some house work. I gain nothing from this. It’s become boring and incorrect.

Anti-Tory stuff is likely to be legit given the dreadful job the Tories are doing so not really the same thing.

So what mistakes do you think they have made again?

Bob there is no point. I am not wasting my time explaining to be dismissed in a childish way. Been there done that, I won't waste my time. When you continue to go on about the 100K tests you miss out on decent posts. Beth's post re testing should have been debated more but wasn't. Sad really.
Yesterday (without sounding highbrow because I'm not) I read a fab article on Freud and Consumer Behaviour Theory. I then read that article on Racism and it was like going from reading The Times to the Beano. These posts just become tribal with posters liking ill-informed rubbish. I said before I don't know what's worse, the rubbish posted or others liking it?.
I like to be challenged and most of these debates don't even make me think? They have become very boring and I cannot be bothered to keep replying. TBH I am enjoying the fun and joke thread more.
Anyway, it's Sunday and I need to get on. Enjoy your day. :emoticon-0148-yes:

So what mistakes do you think have been made then? Take it up as challenge to actually answer mate.

I see the public are losing faith in the government more and more. It's good to see that some do actually mind being constantly lied to!!!

Sorry mate but you can’t so wholeheartedly back this shower and not be right wing. But I wasn’t specifically talking about you anyway.

I'm a backer of this shower, never been a right winger played right back a couple of times but I'm more the Roy Keane central midfield enforcer
