You defended China the last time. You stated that anybody who doubted the Chinese figures was deep rooted in xenophobia.

Just a few days later China upped their death tally by 50%.

You mean them conceding that their recording had not taken into account all Covid related deaths? Similar to the UK only stating hospital deaths and now conceding that was at least 40% light because 40% of total deaths have occurred in care homes? ... add on the other deaths outside of hospitals and you'll be close to 50% of the total.

So the real difference is that the Chinese just dressed up earlier on the figures ... and come out much better on the grand total.

Good of you to provide the opportunity for clarification and I'm sure we can all now agree that China has handled it's situation way better than we have.
