Newspapers are just printing any ****, to try and sell papers, they are quoting R rates from 3-4 weeks ago, that are way out of date, and the latest, mirror crap is 19million May have had the virus, yet tests of high risk people are only returning 3.5% positive. So nearer 2-3 million in reality

Yes because R equals 3.those three then pass it on to a larger number and so it multiplies very quickly.
