The Ramadan thread...Z likes to share his calorie intake with me during Ramadan...but hasn't thus far this year.
Twenty one days done here now. 8 more fasting days and a travel day and I will be finished for another year. Last 5 days will be on UK time so adds an extra 5hrs to the fasting day. Will be able to see whether I am Spurlock-level Muslim or not.
If you are talking to me Chaos its going well. Even managing to get an hours workout in - if I time it for the hour before breaking fast I can rehydrate as soon as I finish. You should try it. It has very good detox properties. Not sure why but your metabolism certainly changes during the month - I notice I don't **** as much, presumably because my body is using as much as it can during fasting from the food I put in early morning but what comes out is pretty rank. I also notice that my appetite decreases significantly later in the month.
well done... I've been doing nothing mate... I have found that I simply do not like excersizing at home, so kudos to you..
To be honest I prefer in the gym with a personal trainer (not you though!). I have been doing it long enough that I can set myself up a good mixed core and cardio session. Not really into big weights so easy to do at home. Lot better though when there is someone pushing you.
