You say potato, I say potato You say tomato, I say tomato You say could, I say should Also would like to like this but might upset CC.
It doesn't matter what you like it doesn't change my position. you can all insult me as much as you like.
There is a global pandemic. People are working from home. That renders normal time frames as irrelevant. The expectation is 15 working days for PL tests during 'normal' conditions. People have to do video conferences instead of face to face meetings. If they have kids they are difficult to arrange and may take days to happen. The PL legal team, heavily involved, have a not insignificant matter of trying to resolve the issue of the end of the season. They will be prioritising that. A takeover which won't make an iota of difference to the PL's immediate problems will be pushed back down their list. There is absolutely no evidence whatsoever that the takeover has failed because it has not been announced.
So what have I missed this morning. I’ve had a scan over. We have to stick together chaps. This is a forum for discussions and we should all appreciate each other’s input, points of views etc. Fact is the takeover is clearly hitting stumbling blocks. What they are we don’t know. I’m personally worried about it and I am allowed to be right. Just the same as other people might be relaxed about it. Fact is it’s not done and until it is. There’s an issue! Simple!
Nope...started his career (from the age of 9) with McLaren (with mercedes engines), then moved to Mercedes from there.
I never said otherwise mate I'm simply saying something based on scientific fact about how people make decisions.. I was told that fact is garbage, so I showed one example that's all. All I'm highlighting is the fact that people look for information to justify there decisions and that in our case on here we're moving the goalposts on things. I'm not singling anyone out or even saying I don't do this because we all do. another example would be the use of the words... looking at it now I suppose ... anytime that sentence is used it's basically an admittance of the fact a person got something wrong, but is then usually followed up with another claim based on evidence they have found to bolster a new claim rather than confronting the possibility that they were just wrong.
If it passes, everyone will know (which it will, eventually). If it fails, everyone will know (which it won't).
If it fails (which it won't) then happily admit that I was wrong. If it fails it will be high profile. Very high profile.
Rumour is that Pochettino held informal talks with Saudi representatives and in it he said he wants a guarantee that he has full control over incoming and outgoings and a minimum budget of 200 million before he will begin talks properly.
ok mate and given your field is legal I'd be a fool to dismiss your opinion on this. most of what I say is tongue in cheek tbh so it's hard for people to know when what I'm saying is not only serious , but based on being educated on such matters. l went a bit far yesterday with the wummery, so I get what I ask for most of the time tbh
Nothing wrong with a bit of wummery it keeps things sane ha. A reason for additional delays btw - If there is new evidence, the Saudi's have the right to disclosure and to respond. Hopefully not too long now.
“People are clinging on to hope, but the same people saying there's no time to this are the people who were picking the next ****ing day ad there predictions a month ago. This proves that these people are moving the goalposts in order to suit their views.” “ I said yesterday people are bending the information throughout this to suit there beliefs.” “@@Tony Green’s Doctor here's one example there's plenty more” Let’s try and stick to the truth. Three quotes from you above. “People are moving the goalposts.” Not true and nothing quoted by you to back up this assertion. My “garbage” comment was to the second one. People on here are not bending the information to suit their beliefs. The quote from Sheikh is not an example of someone “bending” the information to suit his view. So my “garbage” quote is not anything to do with “how people make decisions” as you state in the final quote but more to do with disputing your contention that 1. People are moving the goalposts and 2. People are bending information to suit their beliefs. Both assertions made by you and you have yet to produce any posts which support these contentions. I take issue on my part and for others on here that anyone is moving the goalposts or bending information to support their views. That suggests a degree of dishonesty on their part. That is why I said garbage. I don’t disagree that people view information in a way to supporting their views but that is completely different to bending information and moving goalposts. Rant over. Now breathe.
you don't understand the point, so simply repeating the same misunderstanding won't help. I gave up on you hours ago mate you just agreed with half of the point though so well done

The hold up with announcement is not the PL.[/QUOTE] @Tony Green’s Doctor now tell me you still disagree that the goalposts are not being moved ... or do I need to provide more
