What's acceptable? Most of my outings have been with the eldest (13). The one above was on my own; I was out for a distraction as I've had things on my mind for a couple of days... didn't help!
I was only kidding, the important thing is getting out there and doing it regardless of what bike you are on or mileage covered etc.
Under the new Covid rules I understand you can play sport, but only with members of your own family. I assume the Norfolk Sunday league will be resuming this Sunday then
We are supposed to be having some work done in the garden next week. Contractor wanted a deposit so Mrs pays £3,200 into the wrong account online! Trying to get the money back now. Looks like we should be OK as it was paid into an account that was closed several years ago. Our bank says as it was a closed account it should have just bounced back into our account. Santander, the bank with the closed account, say "forms will have to be filled in by our bank to get the money back and it could take up to 24 days". Just hoping no one accesses the closed account in the meantime!
Happens all the time. Santander know, so the funds won’t be showing as cleared in the dormant account. Takes about a week to sort usually.
considering the deposit is over £3k i think the phrase "having some work done" may be tad of an understatement .
It is 2 patio's in Indian sandstone and ripping up the existing two. The new ones will be smaller than the original so more garden.
