    Carrot and red lentil soup with cumin seeds and some chili flakes for a bit of heat.
    My missus is always buying too much food. Only made this to use up an excess of carrots.
    Was nice though.

    Tacos, tortillas, all a bit snack food to me. I deffo wouldn't eat out at a Mexican.

    Episode 1 is El Pastor and it's like a kebab but good meat.

    Episode 2 is Carnitas and I don't know if it's for me, every part of the pig is cooked in it's own fat then chopped up and added to the taco.
