Couple of things on that, firstly I can't imagine any reason, even as a joke, why someone would burn any flag let alone a German one. I would have also thought, that if that was in the UK, they must be commiting some offence in the eyes of the law - which leads me to my third point, some of the comments on that thread made reference to England, yet I couldn't see at a glance the location, where it occurred.

Not really fussed by the announcement last night to be honest. He was never going to list each and every individual point in a ten minute broadcast was he?
Construction sites have always had the option of remaining open. To me it was just a nudge to the big builders to get there fingers out and put measures in place which they will obviously have started to plan when this all kicked off. It’s not like a load of people have just rocked up to work this morning because Boris said they can.
Once a place of work can prove they can maintain social distancing etc, they will be ok to open in a few weeks time. That’s about it really isn’t it?

Testing tens of thousands of people and doing bugger all with it is very different from testing everyone who comes into contact with a positive case and tracing them so stop the spread.

Bottom line is we let the infection get out of control and paid the price.

 

I'm actually wondering if it's from Ireland, but no way of being sure, other than that account has some clips from what are being described as loyalists etc.

 

Or the Japanese have a plethora of other variables to what we do.

No quick lockdown, no mass testing. Only treating severe cases.

The milkman accounts for most of your local traffic though. The underground was busy today. Far too busy given our current levels of hospital admission and death, I would say.

 

More cars than the last 3 weeks near me and more on the buses and at bus stops.
