Remember late March when the UK was pointing the finger at Italy and Spain and saying this is because they have multigenerational home life , can’t stop hugging and kissing each other and have rubbish state health departments compared to ours!
Flights still coming in unchecked to the UK every day but I seriously wonder who would want to go there. One of the most dangerous destinations in the World right now. It will be some time before you see me flying in!

I am signed up to the coronavirus e mails and had seen stuff on there. As I said though, we are looking at how we can do it ourselves for our own business to ensure it can be done safely for the public and our staff.

And apologies for not camping on here full time to see every post. The decent posts get lost amongst all the sarcastic point scoring ones so I don't always see them unfortunately.

I’m happy to provide some useful information Bob. As the apparent ‘insiders’ (We know who they are) aren’t ITK as they claim.

More detail promised on new lockdown rules
Further detail on the UK government's new lockdown rules will be published over the next 36 hours, says Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab.
That 50-page document will be published at 14:00 BST on Monday. It will flesh out the "signalling" made by Prime Minister Boris Johnson in his televised speech on Sunday evening.
Guidance on workplaces and public transport will follow on Tuesday, he told BBC Radio Four's Today programme.”

Don’t worry mate. It’s clear you don’t have the information you indicated you were in possession of or had access to.
No malice or point scoring from me, as not interested, hence you don’t see me as a repetitive poster. I just prefer to work based on facts.

Many thanks. I will tell my mate that he will get guidance in the next day or so for his employees that returned to work at 7am this morning. I hope they stay alert and dont get infected in the mean time.

    WTF are you on about?
I've just told you where I'd seen it and what we are doing.
Some people just get on with doing what they can in this difficult situation. Others just wait to be breast fed or point score despite denying it (take a look at your last few posts and you'll see what I mean.

This point scoring claim is just a total cop out. I dont have anyone I would consider voting for in a future election at this present time. What I do know is that this government have royally ****ed up and in the process ****ed up the economy for longer.

I must have missed the bit where you told us what you were doing. Could you elaborate and provide the scientific evidence that clarifies what you are doing is correct. Just trying to help a mate out.

Surprised your mate hasn't given it any thought himself. But then he doesn't exist does he Bob?

Doesnt he? I think he exists as much as your guidelines you have access to. The ones that haven't been published yet.

I am a little confused as to why the govt might well introduce a 2 week quarantine on international air passengers, yet....have come up with a reciprocal agreement with the French to waive this with Eurostar passengers allowed to arrive unchecked.

I get the need for supply chains etc, but this contradiction confuses me.

Possibly more clarity on this and travel in general over coming days..

CCJ I just politely asked you for the government guidelines info you clearly said you had (which you didn’t).
The government only give out the basic of information, that is why business institutions and trade unions are pushing for the nationwide guidance.
As you say... keep your eye on your staff and their safety, after all you have the responsibility for their safety (maybe their lives), their extended family’s safety, your customer/clients safety and of course your own and your family’s safety in these times. Stay safe.

Just trying to stay up to date mate. I'm sure we were promised 100,000 tests daily by the end of April. I may be mistaken.
