I had a whole packet of american streaky in two mate, alas no brown sauce as i'd run out.

 

You're pretty good at making bread and rolls. Defo your thing. Not sure about the American streaky bacon though, never did like that, but if it's all you can get, then needs must. I remember you did them pies as well, so you seem better at baking.

 

We will mostly be dining on pie and chips today ... followed by an ASDA Black Forest Gateau that we couldn't fit in the freezer

My mentor got me into the baking side whilst I was working in India. indians are big on sweet cakes and tradition sweets. Unfortunately American streaky is all thats available locally but it works. Moving to a new premises next month doing a different thing.
