About asking for an advance instead of embarrassingly asking for an unsecured loan?

Or maybe he did an realised sevco would NEED TO SHOW THEIR ACCOUNTS to get a loan and would fail, embarrassingly.

    Curious...

There was no need for due diligence because the monies to be distributed was the clubs money Mindy. It did not belong to the SPFL. There was already statutes in the rules for the SPFL to distribute said funds and they had already previously did so on two seperate occasions to three different clubs. In fact it would have been far easier to just that than what actually happened. Didn't suit the narrative though so the SPFL LIED to their shareholders on multiple occasions. Mindyfail

Again, Rangers didn't ask for a loan. They put forward a resolution, along with Hearts that the SPFL failed to consider due, according to the SPFL the use of one word. That word was not "loans". You know this but you continue to peddle this myth. Mindfail!

Calling the season wasn't the only option. It was the only option the SPFL favoured and that's probably why they lied to their shareholders. Another Mindyfail.

For shareholders to have an informed view on any vote all relevant information must be put before them. Withholding information like liabilities and other possible options is contrary to company law. Big big Mindyfail!

Does that mean Celtic park being four star is a star for every 100 kids raped then?

    He did ya silly cùnt.

Which is more the Doncaster did when he sent out his resolution to the clubs without letting the SPFL board see it first. Or when he enlisted the fabled Deloitte investigation that no cùnt on the board knew about.

    Still you don't get it.

Ill type bigger maybe that'll help...

YOU DON'T ASK TO LOAN YOUR OWN MONEY

    NOBODY ASKED FOR AN ADVANCE

SEVCO PUT FORWARD A RESOLUTION FOR LOANS

SEVCO SAID IN THAT RESOLUTION THAT REPAYMENT OF LOAN WOULD BE "DETERMINED BY THE CLUB"

SEVCO WOULD DECIDE IF REPAYMENT WAS MADE VIA PRIZE MONEY

    FFS

On another note, youre jumping t gun, the SPFL have not called for an end to the league. They voted on the result should it happen. They also seem to be working to mitigate the loss of earnings.

A loss of earnings that would have happened with or without SPFL Resolution.

I think this whole episode is beyond your comprehension

I don't know how many stars Celtic Park has, because its unimportant.

    Oooft!

The "prize" money that the SPFL just released to the lower leagues is the clubs money mate. The SPFL just take care of it. If the clubs were given an option to have some of that money paid to them they would most undoubtedly have taken it. They were told that there was no way to do that without calling the league. They were lied to.

    Get it?

    Probably not.

Tbf there is no chance if it getting passed. Self interest will kill it as is always the case in Scottish football. That is also why reconstruction won't happen. Poor Hearts, Partick and Stranraer eh.
