I agree the test may be done and complete but not the deal. There must be some serious negotiations taking place now to finalise things.
Since the "takeover" became public knowledge Saudi Arabia have: 1. Stated there will be no more public floggings 2. Stated they will not execute minors. Admittedly, in the whole scheme of things, these are two fairly minor points but at least they are steps in what we consider to be the right direction. Would they have done this if they weren't trying to diversify into other industries including purchasing NUFC? In that regard it could be a good thing for the PL to allow the purchase (not that I think they won't in any event due to the money ) as it will have a positive effect on the Saudi's human rights stance. I've said before and I think it's true people (Saudi Arabia) are more likely to listen and change if you (Western World) talk with them rather than ignore them.
The sooner it's done the sooner the sour grapes will turn back to telling themselves players won't come to nufc... then we will sign a few and they will move on to something else to try and stop themselves crying
God I hope things happen. I also wish that covid would do one and **** off so we can get back to normal.
