If there are no home fans the only advantage I can see is being more used to the pitch dimensions, but it’s not like they vary that much. Does having the nicer changing room really make that much difference?

I’d tell the bottom six clubs they can play at home if they like but that their fans are their responsibility. If crowds start to congregate the club will be punished, including the game being called off for safety reasons and a possible points deduction. Clubs have been punished for fans behaviour many times before.

That should keep fans away but I wouldn’t be surprised if they decided home advantage wasn’t so important after all and take their chance at a neutral ground.

So IF these matches are played in the Prem and relegation is compulsory, then won't the EFL have to conclude their matches and so on down to L1 and L2<ok>

Don’t think so Shaks. Lower divisions can use whatever method they want to decide promotion an relegation. UEFA already gave that directive to all European leagues

Can't see how - you're on dangerous ground if you start handing out promotions on what might have been.
Will Leeds and WBA finish 1st and 2nd?
    Probable, but not definite.

So how would they decide who goes up?

Top 8 teams could play a knockout competition.
Quarter final, semi final then final.
    1st v 8th
    2nd.v 7th
    3rd v 6th
    4th v 5th

Now that could work and teams in higher positions would benefit by playing teams in lower positions.

    I'd take that <ok>

Fair enough, so tell me this, if there is no relegation from the Prem and the EFL decides to null and void the season, but promotes and relegates team as they stand now, what would happen.

I think it’s the number of games required to finish the EFL so that could be a solution. Promote the top two (who have been there all season) playoffs for the last place. Less matches so easier to do. Declare league 1 and 2 as most clubs want that, they can’t afford behind closed door matches. Seems the less litigious route to go as the chasing clubs still get the chance to go up.
