Also when there is no way of putting in a definitive matrix based on stone cold facts when making these decisions it's open up to 'personal' perception and opinion, which makes corruption almost impossible to prove outright no matter the levels of evidence produced

i suppose the chinese that were boiling dogs alive are fine too. No laws broken there.

You can abhor actions that do not break the law

Yep those using loopholes to avoid tax weren't breaking the law ... so it's fine then? Suppose if they are a Tory it is?

Lets go from one extreme to the other shall we?
This is yet another witch hunt on Cummings and the government.
Yesterday i put ‘ Dominic Cummings’ in search and out of the 8 stories 7 were from the Guardian. If its not breaking any laws (which i believe it isn't) its a non starter like last weeks story and probably next weeks.
People really need to get out more. Pun intended.

Oh Ellers, please put me back on ignore if you are gonna continue with your silly games. I’ll go back to the other threads (the ones that you think are funny to mock) where I can talk to sensible people about real life (and death)

It was a simple question and I gave a simple answer.
It's nothing other than Cummings/Tory bashing. gets boring to be honest. If people want to waste their lives worrying about who does or doesn't get a contract then good luck.

There is a difference between worrying about it and pointing it out.
I’m sure you’d be more than happy pointing it out if the corruption was being done by Labour.

Surely if it continues, people who want contracts from the government and are far better placed, will start to complain?

So corruption is fine as long as you can't be banged to rights, criticism and scrutiny of the government is boring and a witch hunt no matter how many lies they tell, no matter how much hypocrisy is spouted and no matter how many back handers are given to Tory donors and families. Starmer and any labour are fine to mock on unsubstantiated opinion as long as it's something you say you know because your friends agree. Media isn't credible unless it's Tory propaganda.

This is where we are at rule Britannia ... but the EU are corrupt by the way <laugh>

As for Labour, I had a problem with Blair because he not only lied to the country but sent our troops to war on a lie.

That's the difference I think you'll find we all do the man is a war criminal and should be behind bars, where as you can only see the sun shinning out of Boris's arse. Not seen one non Tory who hasn't admitted the faults of Labour
