There is no such timescale as 4 weeks. The PL handbook does not say that. It says 15 working days from appointment as director. That is effectively 3 weeks. All directors are appointed within the respective holding companies. The PL checks have been passed. The PL's own handbook states the 15 day time limit. Mogren was confirmed on 28th April after his 9th April appointment. The same day that documents were filed to the PL.
That's for directors and will be part of the owners test. Doesn't mean the owners part had been completed?!
I really think we're going down a rabbit hole on this 2-4 weeks deadline. The whole world has changed. It must be so difficult to get information through as the Premier League have done before. They have huge priorities at the minute and must have a reduced capacity. They also need to be clear they've followed the book perfectly. No worries! There'd be leaks if there were issues
