This was my point about the tourist thing, i can see natives going to a game if they are in London on a weekend break or something but not travelling just for the game, would still fill the ground two or three times a year though probably.
I could be well out here and maybe there are enough people interested to make a franchise work for a full season, i really don't know.

 

I'm not sure of the franchise thing and dont think it's fair on the USA based teams .
I think it's fine as it is and as long as the attendances are 80,000 plus it should stay as it is .
PS Spurs stadium is ****ing Mega Awesome .

 

Someone said Spurs had lost £4m, i pointed out they had failed to gain £4m.
My posts after that were thoughts on whether it would/could be profitable going forward as a viable franchise or just the odd couple of games per year.
I was/am asking opinions as i have no idea of NFL popularity in the UK.

I predicted Spurs would go under as a football club within 10 years, once they had completed their new stadium. It appears the coronavirus, might help pull that plug a bit sooner

The NFL games at Wembley sell out in minutes. A slightly smaller capacity at Spurs will do the same.
4, 8 or 12 games a season wouldn’t be a problem. U.K. fans of this don’t care who they watch, so teams will just play maybe once a season and have multiple teams, reaching out to new fans and franchise followers.
