Anyone care to see madbobs reply to me over the road, ( not you @Huds0n, you banned bastard) basically confirming @Smug in Boots stance, even down to staffing issues

No mate they are still waiting in the wings, waiting to see if them new people join, then I think it's a game changer FPP have a repayment schedule in place if the new set up does not include certain personal, I don't know their names yet or the club they are with.

It's on page 65 of the 'New CEO appointed..' thread, 'Iansun' (if it's the one that I think you mean) :emoticon-0105-wink:

    If not . . . . bollocks

Is Madbob referring to new investors coming on board or personnel such as O’Brien coming into the club’s board? It’s not quite clear from his recent posts. I guess we will know in time.

Either way it vindicates Smug, and all that we can do is hope for a swift conclusion....this time.

I take it he meant that people in important roles, he intimated in another thread that SD has realised that Coton etc are awful
“If only we had the right people in place now that has been SD biggest mistake trusting hill and Coton he now realises that. Hence Jim R”

It's nice that you're both starting to say similar things, but Mad Bob changes with the wind and almost everything he says is wrong (as smug himself has pointed out many, many times) because he throws so much **** at the wall.

Even the CEO thing (afaik the only thing he has ever got even partially correct for years) was so vague as to be completely unverifiable, he never actually specifically mentioned anything related to the story and then after it happened he claimed it was all exactly as he said :D

The difference is that, despite the ridiculous amount of flak thrown at me by the little gang of weirdos on RTG, my stance has never changed. I posted what I was told, simple as that ...

... a bigger boy told me to do it.

FPP have now been around for long enough so that even the most 'anti' people have to accept that they're involved in the club.

How it pans out is still up in the air, but if they don't take over, I've no doubt that I'll get the blame.

Mind, he did say prior to the CEO being appointed, that there were going to be changes soon, "not at the very top, but close enough to it"

Despite the Corona Virus impact I still think it will be a good time to buy English Clubs with potential in the Championship / League One. Those clubs that are not burdened by high expenditure. Remember the pound was already depressed due to Brexit. Corona will reduce values further still. Sunderland, so we are told, were due to make a slight profit this year. Someone like FPP can cover 2-3 million losses (lack of gate receipts) easily, especially if those sums are reflected in the selling price.

On another note, nothing to do with SAFC based companies but SD has applied to strike off one of his companies yesterday - Total Fleet Services,

might be nothing in it but its just a bit info I come across
