Except the EFL and the remaining Championship teams might object. Lose 2 “top” teams and get nothing back? What about playing fewer games and the income from them? For every answer there is a question/problem raised. As i said before the PL should take all opinions into account and follow all appropriate consultation processes and ensure they come up with a solution which by most would be considered to be reasonable and then impose it. Almost guaranteed that some will look to litigate but PL would then be able to say they’ve done what was fair and reasonable and defend any litigation. There is no one answer which will make everyone happy. So dont waste time looking for it.

Look honestly, I couldn't care less who is right in their predictions/bull **** etc. I just want some facts. ACTUAL FACTS and currently we have no facts whatsoever. Is there actually any actual proof that this is with the Premier League? Have they officially said anything at all. Is there any actual official statement from any party involved, be it the club, the owner, the owners, the premier league or anyone else who has actually officially said things are progressing? That is a question not a statement BTW. If so I want proof!
To be fair all we’ve had is companies house information. Journalists saying it’s with the PL but absolutely nothing from the actual PL. I actually thought this the other day.
The only indication is their response to Amnesty International which doesn't actually mention NUFC, but refers to their test. If there was nothing in it, why bother responding? The PL can't comment specifically on NUFC or takeovers as these are corporate transactions that may involve NDA's.
it's not happening mind is it... bzg scenario all over again just got slightly closer.. We will hear nothing.
