Except when they get your order wrong & you don't realise until you get home [you end up with the McEbola test instead]
or you have to wait in the little McBay thing & the 'McWorker' comes over 10 minutes later & then tells you they're out of one thing you ordered, but you get a free McTwirly Or McMuffin ...

The story which started this was about McDonalds phased opening for delivery only, but yes, the drive through model works.

Contacless cards works through glass windows, so can be zero contact with staff.

As long as everybody realises it’s contactless payment only and don’t hold the queue up trying to hand over cash.

They could employ a Customer Services representative in a HazMat suit with a big ****ing beating stick for such occasions.

Cant believe the snobbery on here re the quality of Mcdonalds food.
The hash browns are lovely. The breakfast wrap with a hint of tommy sauce is so moreish its unreal. I usually get 2 hash browns a breakfast wrap a double sausage & egg mcmuffin and a double bacon & egg mcmuffin.
All to myself. Because its about as nutritional as eating flavoured cardboard doesnt matter. Its the gannet inside of me that comes to life. Like on the once or twice a lifetime going back for a second large donner kebab.
I would wager I eat bacon and egg sandwiches more than most, especially at the moment. sometimes a thin layer of grated cheese sometimes just bacon and bread dipped in the pan. no marge or butter.
Mushrooms are gorgeous but change the flavour too much of your average bacon and egg sarnie. No breadcake garbage but thick sliced white bread. Npot fried just quickly dipped. If left for too long it goes stiff. no good.

anyway McDonalds breakfast stuff is very tasty.
Admittedly their burgers are rubbish. But you've got to try the breakfast items.
I hadnt until about 3 years ago. slagging maccy D's off like everyone else.
    But not now.

Im with you there on the McDonald’s breakfast.

Bacon needs to be grilled. With butter.

I don’t eat that much anymore though. I’m trying to be a skinny bastard again. It’s going well, I had to punch a new hole in my belt and it’s too big again.

Nor do we get the death toll for the many nurses and Dr's who are caring for these ''flu'' victims! It's odd that these Health Service deaths have never gotten a mention until this year?

When details started to emerge I reassured my son, who suffers from an autoimmune disease and is immunosuppressed as part of his treatment, that he could well be at greater risk of developing symptoms initially but that he was less likely to suffer fatal consequences. Covid deaths usually result from organ collapse caused by an overly strong immune response. The various treatments that are being trialled often include immunosuppressant drugs.

Some posters seem incapable of posting without going over the top with their political comments, I’m off on my state sanctioned exercise now, so you’re welcome to edit your comments. Posts calling people ‘Tory ****s’ etc will be deleted when I’m back, you can be critical of the government’s actions without this nonsense.
