Just to put things into perspective. Man City takeover took 22 days. We are on day 23. We are also in the middle of a global pandemic, with social distancing and home working in force. The PL is trying to resolve the issues relating to the current season and so their priorities lie there. Add to this, the scrutiny of complex documentation that will involve delays in communication, requiring meetings and requests for additional information. That is why things are taking so long.

just get up there... it's quite tense at first wondering if a tile will slip and you will die. I sat down and moved till by tile across each tile..shuffling down progressively towards the edge, but I soon gained confidence and was sitting legs dangling off casual as you like after a while... I was prepared to die to get that moss off my roof.
