I'm all for proportional representation, get all the twats to put their heads together and come up with a middle-of-the-road sensible plan. But you've got in your southern territory a government that is only in place because they've not worked out who the next government is. The election was months ago. Any electoral system is only as good as the cùnts up for election and the decent cùnts up for election are few and far between. Pay elected officials minimum wage and you'll get a lot better parliament. Or a much higher minimum wage. Win win.
