Here's the truth of it!

The SPFL board is there to run the league for the betterment of all it's member clubs. They are there to help those member clubs. The member clubs put them there to do that.

If the SPFL board or it's office bearers ask the member clubs to vote for a resolution and don't give those member clubs all the information they need to make an informed choice then they are not fit for purpose and may even be breaking corporate law.

If, as Rangers have claimed, the SPFL board failed to disclose that prize monies could have been paid out without calling the season then the SPFL has been negligent in their corporate governance!

They may even have broken the law.

But hey...there's always room under that carpet
