    No relegation.
    2 come up from Championship.
    Next season 22 teams.
    Start season 2 weeks earlier.
    3 relegated from Premier.
    2 come up from Championship.
    4th bottom from Premier and 3rd-5th from Championship playoff.
    Next season starts with 21 teams.
    Start 1 week earlier.
    Repeat as per previous season.
    End up with 20 teams in Premier League.
    Then back to normal
    Easy!!!

    Watfords stadium couldn't be used anytime soon as it is for now an extension to Watford General Hospital too busy saving lives and supporting the NHS to even think about football
