i disagree. if Koren is injured, Evans will play. I think he may well also swap Fryatt for Waghorn though
I don't think any of our current strikers are bad, but all of them would probably play better with a tall striker who could knock the ball down and retain possession. The problem is that with 3 short strikers our attack is one-dimensional and opposition managers know what to expect. A tall striker would vary our options and make us more unpredictable.
The main thing is we don't go back to one up front as our up-turn has come with two strikers being used. I think we are due a high scoring game, Waggy might bag a few tomorrow hopefully, I can see him scoring a lot once the first one goes in.
Yep - sounds alright to me! Someone did mention this as a possibility on another thread... (But I still hope Robert Koren's OK, though)
McLean would have an extra goal and fryatt an extra assist if McLean hadn't managed to miss that tap in into an open goal from a yard out somehow. Kind of sums him up for me in front of goal, think all his goals have been from split second reactions can't remember him scoring once when he's had time to think.
I'd say 4 all out attack minded players and include Brady. Don't think he has anything on his mind but attack
