I have made an attempt to contact Grayson with an idea of what might be wrong with the defense. I used the "contact us" form on the Leeds United website and put FAO Simon Grayson - a peaceful suggestion as the subject. Then I went on to explain how the defense are disjointed from the midfield, and the players appear to lack mental strength. Whatever they are doing in training they are forgetting it when they get out on the pitch = psychological problem. They are backing off after relieving pressure = psychological problem. Time will tell if it actually makes it through.
Marko I know grayson might look a bit thick but he probably already knows exactly what your saying! Id go as far as saying its the personnel thats the problem in defence! they are all **** him and McCormack seemed to slag off the defence a lot in their interviews after the game! talk about getting the confidence up
Football Manager 2012 is out soon Jud, maybe he'll be more open to negotiation in that, if that's the case, then he's definately joining the coaching staff.
Grayson wont get a defensive coach in he used to be a defender & it will undermine him. I agree we need one though!
