First of all, newspapers never accurately report on football ever. Second of all, all physical evidence points towards the deal effectively being done. I honestly don't know what more can be said, if you want to literally torture yourself every single day with this nonsense be my guest. But I would seriously consider exercising once a day, do a chore, or watch a movie. The news is absolutely dead, stop reading twitter and the rags, they won't help you.
