You say that but I never would entertain potatoes in a curry a year ago. now I'll always have em in, I reckon boiled eggs would work well ina curry tbh something mildish not too hot

Don’t know what the **** to have tonight.

I’ve cooked all of my favourite things in the last few weeks. Only thing I haven’t done is burgers. Though I don’t really eat them that often.

need inspiration. Ideally street food of some sort.

I’m currently on google looking at how to make it.

seems to be evaporated milk, cream cheese and cheddar.

Yeah there are a few variations but flour, butter, evaporated mild and cheddar with a dash of hot sauce is how I made it.

Have you ever eaten a Philly cheesesteak? They’re ****ing lush mate. If you’ve never tried one promise me when this is all over go to Camden lock street food market and find the guy that makes them there. You won’t regret it.

also a steal and Stilton baguette?

I’ve found a couple of different ones. Other one I found was cornflour, mustard powder, garlic & onion powder, milk, cream cheese and cheddar.

The one that said evaporated milk was on reddit a guy from philly saying how to make it.

I disagree, Germany and Austria do a steak in gravy, it's cooked for about and hour and melts in the mouth.
