    I will be making it again. Reckon I would tweak the recipe slightly. Also the way it’s cooked as the parts in the middle are a bit dry so would add a bit of beef dripping or add the chicken skins to the stack for a bit of fat to keep it all moist. Worth doing though.

    Marinade some chicken thighs in something spicy and a bit of oil. Bung it in the slow cooker and shred after a couple of hours then leave to cook for a bit. Tastes good and doner-ish when I make it so when someone competent does it it’s probably excellent.

    In the oven is better as you want a few crispy bits. Doing pulled chicken in the slow cooker is good though.
