Forget about the "top 6" rubbish obsession. The challenge is to compile the list of the best players to have never won a domestic top flight league. I was tempted to say best players to have never won anything but may keep that for now...
There's a few strong shouts. Liverpool players (Carragher, Gerard, etc), some Arsenal players but not if they've won the league elsewhere (but Aubameyang hasn't won a league i think), current younger Man Utd players, other sides like Leeds and Newcastle have had one or two (I wanted Ginola but he won the French league back in '94, the selfish bastard) Given Robertson Carragher Woodgate Harry Kewell Jordan Henderson Gerrard Deli Ali Roberto Firminio Kane Aubameyang ... that keeper, defence and midfield aren't very good in fairness but i like the front 3. Sure there's quite a few players I'm missing out here.
Not even won a league in another country? The thread was on its last legs, but you just dowsed it in petrol and threw a lit rag on it Haslam. Btw... Zola
Well they've never won a league anywhere... it's meant to be a bit tricky but Zola is a cracking shout too. He can replace Kewell. Any Everton players you think worth a mention?
