I’ve marinated the chicken in a mix of; Greek Yoghurt Olive oil Garlic Lemon juice Cayenne Black pepper Cumin Corinander Smoked paprika Cinnamon Salt marinated it for 4 hours. Then it’s now on a vertical skewer in the oven. Making my own flat bread to go with. Some grated carrot, white cabbage and onion. The sauce is going to be ketchup with Tabasco in it.
