    As of the last time this was discussed on here the EU hadn’t delivered any PPE of any kind as well as ventilators and expected delivery time for ventilators from the EU scheme was anywhere up to 52 weeks. The EU has basically been **** at dealing with this as well.

    Also wasn’t it mentioned in one of the recent briefings that we will actually be overstocked for ventilators and will be looking to sell them abroad to other countries who need them...?

    I know I’ll be shot down for defending tories with this comment but the man had coronavirus and then had a baby... both seem fair enough private life reasons to need some time off work...

    In NZ the PM was highly praised for taking maternity leave. Granted it wasn’t during a crisis but to me it’s fine for a politician, even the PM to occasionally have important private moments such as having a child.

    I see Gove more as Mole. Johnson is definitely Toad, born into money, which he wastes, rushing into one crackpot scheme after another, which fail after he lurches into some other doomed affair, poop poop!
