Sorry to hear that Elland. Look after yourself. A couple of points to discuss maybe, French pulled the plug on their leagues 1 and 2 yesterday. Will be interesting to see how they decide final outcomes as many associations may be faced with similar choices over coming weeks.
It’s exactly a year since this happened. Personally had a cracking weekend in Leeds that weekend

    Get well soon mate.

Today would've been my last day at work before watching Leeds get promotion on my birthday, going out on the piss and then getting on a flight to Ibiza the next day for a wedding.

Morning all, and hope you're feeling better soon Elland.

I see that Franz Beckenbauer's trial on corruption charges involving illegal payments to secure Fifa votes for Germany to host the 2006 World Cup has ended with no verdict. And because the alleged offense is now more than 15 years ago he gets away scot free. I seem to remember he was involved in some other major football related cheating incident but I can't remember what it was................:emoticon-0138-think

Morning all.The referee had no reason to blow the whistle the player did not seem to be seriously injured, the villa players did not stop playing until it was too late to stop Klitch. The commentary was biased in favour of Villa he did not sound as if he would have taken the same view if the positions had been reversed. The goal should have stood. Get well soon Ell.

Was at that game Eire as well. The more I see the incident and where their player went down the more I think there was nothing wrong with scoring the goal. The behavior of the Villa players showed how big a result this would have been to us. IMO the one time Bielsa was wrong. Yes Bamford feigning being clobbered was embarrassing, the thuggery of some of the Villa players was disgraceful as well. How they got off without any punishment was astonishing. <ok>

Yet everyone stood up for villa. The thug John Terry had a right go at Bielsa but nothing was said. Because its Leeds right?.

Morning bud it's crap at times but at least I live alone. Number 5 girlfriend I ditched after Lanzarote and now back chatting with number 4.
I have become a bit of a mechanic and serviced my own car plus brakes etc. As you know I am a truck driver but general work has been non existent. Anyway I have a week's booking next Monday with a Leeds firm. I reckon by Sunday I will be crawling up the walls. Done lots of walking in the good weather but it's rubbish today.
It's not hard isolating when you live on your own. <laugh><laugh><laugh>

FIFA medical chief says football should not be played before September because players must keep a distance of two metres. Surely keeping a distance is to stop cross infection if neither is infected what's the problem?. I doubt you would feel like playing football if you had the virus.

Morning all, grey day over here too but no rain yet.

Being a lazy git, I’m quite enjoying the lockdown. :)
