    If that's the case why did the SPFL refuse to entertain the Rangers resolution that would have seen them pay out interest free loans claiming a single word in the proposal made it "legally ineffective" when, as you claim, the very thing Rangers were proposing was widely known and widely used by member clubs? And why have several clubs since the vote complained that they felt they had a financial gun against their head to vote for the SPFL's proposal to recieve the money that was theirs in any event?
